The 3 Step Process
Step 1: We work with you to create an ad that accurately describes your rental proptery. We then post the ad, monitor all inquiries and set up appointments for interested renters.
Step 2: We conduct a background check and credit screening on all applicants.
Step 3: We coordinate all activities with the tenant such as setting up the move-in date, depositing the rent check (in the account you provide), handling quotes for repairs and maintenance as well as making sure the repair is satisfactory and completed in a timely manner.

*For all repairs and maintenance, we provide quotes in which we allow you to then deterime if it is a fair price.

Pricing:
We simply charge a monthly percentage of the rent collected and a flat fee for renting the apartment way less then the industry average. It’s that simple.
